Unhappy with your purchase? It can happen. We’d like to resolve your issue quickly and successfully. There are three options: return, exchange or claim under the warranty. Please contact us before returning your purchase. We will then contact you to process the return, exchange or warranty. We are unable to accept returns unless you have contacted us beforehand.
SpicyDeals is the very cheapest supplier of new, refurbished and used products. And obviously we give a guarantee. All our products come with a 12 month carry-in guarantee - even used products! This means that we will fix any break-downs and defects that occur within one year of purchasing. Software problems and user errors are explicitly excluded from the guarantee. We provide the warranty, you are responsible for return shipping costs and the risk during shipping.
If you order something from our website, you have a 14 day cooling-off period from the day after receiving the product. You don’t have to give a reason, although we’d obviously like to know. If you want to return a product within the cooling-off period, please contact us here and we will contact you. You can then return the product, making sure it’s undamaged, complete and in the original packaging. As soon as we’ve received the returned product, we will refund the purchase sum. You will bear the cost of return shipping and the risk during shipping. Please note that we are unable to accept returns unless you have contacted us beforehand.
Transport damage must be reported by email within 48 hours.
You know how it goes: you receive your new computer, but you think the screen is too big - or too small - after all. Or you decide you’d prefer a different brand of fridge or microwave. No problem. Contact us here and we will contact you. You can then return the product, making sure it’s undamaged, complete and in the original packaging. You will bear the cost of return shipping and the risk during shipping. We will also take immediate action and send you the product you want. The costs are listed under ‘shipping’. Please note that we are unable to accept returns unless you have contacted us beforehand.
