60 to 70 percent of our range consists of new, unused products on which only the packaging is damaged. or which no longer have the original packaging, for example because they’re ex-display. Sometimes you will therefore receive a new, unused product that is packaged in an unbranded box. We also sell products that have been returned to the manufacturer – because they were ordered by mistake, because the buyer wanted a different product after all, or because a cable or other part was missing. There are all sorts of reasons, but they can’t be sold as new any more. Sometimes these products have minor damage, which we obviously list in the product description. Whatever the case, the product has been checked and repaired and updated where necessary. This is called refurbishing. The product is like new again. We also sell used items, as well as products that are brand spanking new in unopened, undamaged packaging. The icons show you the status of the product. What is a carry-in guarantee?
A carry-in guarantee means that you arrange for the defective product to be shipped to Spicy Deals. We will apply the guarantee and will ensure that the product is returned to you.
Will I receive an invoice with VAT?
Yes! You will receive an invoice with itemised VAT in your name or your company’s name for all your purchases.
When will my order be shipped?
On the first working day after receipt of your payment. At least, we do our best to make that happen!
How long is my guarantee?
All our products come with a 12 month carry-in guarantee - even used products! That means that we will fix any break-downs and defects that occur within one year of purchasing. Software problems and user errors are explicitly excluded from the guarantee. We provide the guarantee – you’re responsible for shipping costs and the risk during shipping.
Can I collect the products?
Spicy Deals is an online retailer, but most products can also be collected. Please make an appointment in advance. We look forward to seeing you!
How do I know that Spicy Deals is trustworthy?
You may have heard or read about it, or perhaps you’ve even been conned yourself by fake electronics shops. You order something, you pay - and nothing arrives. You send emails and you call, but the company doesn’t respond. So how do you know that Spicy Deals is a real and trustworthy company? You can tell by the quality mark issued by Stichting Webshop Keurmerk (Dutch Online Retailers Quality Mark Foundation), an independent foundation that makes sure that you can pay securely, you know what company you’re dealing with and that your personal details are safeguarded, amongst other things.
